Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Executive role located in Katihar. The Sr. Executive will oversee daily operational activities related to agritech solutions, ensuring the implementation of best practices for warehouse management, logistics, and collateral management. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating with stakeholders such as farmers, financial institutions, and agri-processors, and assisting in the execution of risk management strategies. The Sr. Executive will also analyze workflows, manage documentation, and support the team in delivering efficient services aligned with the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes
- Knowledge of commodities and collateral management practices
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and relationship management skills
- Analytical skills for data interpretation and workflow optimization
- Ability to handle documentation, operational planning, and compliance
- Experience in the agri-industry or agritech sector is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Familiarity with market linkages and agricultural value chains is an advantage
