Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Manager, International Business, based in Kottayam. The role involves managing and expanding international business operations, identifying and developing new market opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Responsibilities also include overseeing regulatory compliance, preparing business proposals, and contributing to achieving the organization’s sales and revenue goals in the global pharmaceutical market.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including market research, client acquisition, and strategic planning
- 2 to 5 years Experience in international business operations and understanding of global pharmaceutical regulations
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet business objectives
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other business-related software
- Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
