The School of Applied Creativity (SoAC) is seeking a proactive and organized professional to provide academic and administrative coordination support for its programs. The role involves working closely with faculty, students, visiting professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless program delivery and an enriching learning experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in academic administration, program coordination, student affairs, or related functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic sessions, course schedules, timetables, and course requirements with program faculty.
- Serve as the primary liaison between faculty and students to ensure the smooth conduct of classes and timely resolution of academic and operational issues.
- Coordinate the visits, schedules, and logistical requirements of adjunct and visiting faculty members and provide administrative support for their engagement with the school.
- Support the admissions process, including interview coordination, selection activities, and onboarding of newly admitted students.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and internal administrative teams to ensure seamless program delivery and effective academic administration.
- Maintain academic and operational records and support the day-to-day functioning of the School of Applied Creativity.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders to create a professionally managed and student-centric learning environment.
