Location - Noida
Job Description –
We are looking for a Sr. Finance Executive/AM Finance to assist with Month-end close process, MIS reporting, AP & AR management, Intercompany coordination & recharge, Audits, Invoices, Budgeting & Forecasting, Taxation. Ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including bank, GLs reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures.
Skills –
• In-depth knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Cross Functional Dependency of Accounts.
• Knowledge of MIS Preparation, MIS Re-Work etc.
• Experience using financial software i.e. SAP, Tally.
• Advanced MS Excel skills & capability to prepare analytical dashboards and presentation for management review.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to interpret and communicate financial information and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality, and the ability to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data and statements.
• Sharp time management and good communication skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Candidate should have a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently as well as with a team.
Roles and Responsibilities –
• Responsible for end-to-end accounting and reporting.
• Accumulate timesheet information from all employees as well as contractors at each month end.
• Calculate costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Taxation both direct and indirect i.e. ▪ preparation monthly/quarterly TDS & TCS, Advance Tax ,GST Calculation, Deduction, Deposit and Filing the tax return.
• Prepare Audit schedules i.e. assets, liabilities, expense, income, analysis of P/L & BS items, various
expenditures and physical verification of stocks.
• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
• Ensure processing of payment invoices, fixed assets accounting & register.
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as well as Statutory Financials.
• Comply with all processes and procedures to ensure adherence to all audit requirements.
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to the DOA. PO/SoWs to be approved by Finance.
• Managing charge back process end to end.
