We are looking for an energetic and professional HR candidate who can efficiently manage Talent Acquisition along with HR Operations activities.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and hiring coordination
• Candidate sourcing, screening & interview scheduling
• Employee onboarding & joining formalities
• HR operations, attendance & employee records management
• Recruitment trackers, reports & documentation handling
• Coordination with departments for manpower planning
• Support in HR compliance and employee engagement activities
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
• Experience in Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements
• Knowledge of HR processes and documentation
• Agro Industry background will be preferred
💼 Experience: 2–6 Years
💰 Salary: Best in Industry / Based on Candidate Experience & Skills
🎓 Qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDM / Relevant Qualification
