🚀 We're Hiring | Purchase Executive – RM & PM Warehouse
Are you an experienced procurement professional with expertise in Raw Material (RM) and Packing Material (PM) purchasing? Join our growing manufacturing team and build your career with us!
📍 Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹2–3 LPA
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✅ Procure Raw Materials (RM) & Packing Materials (PM) as per production requirements.
✅ Prepare and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) & Purchase Orders (POs).
✅ Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material deliveries.
✅ Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
✅ Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth material flow and invoice processing.
✅ Maintain procurement records and vendor documentation.
✅ Ensure quality standards and procurement policy compliance.
🎯 Preferred Candidate
✔️ 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
✔️ Experience in RM & PM procurement within a manufacturing environment.
✔️ Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
✔️ Strong vendor management, negotiation, and inventory management skills.
✔️ Immediate joiners will be preferred.
