We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join as a Sr. Executive in marine recruitment and crewing.
If you have a proven track record in sourcing Officer Ranks for vessels, strong industry connections, and a passion for efficient marine operations, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and recruit Officer Ranks across various types of vessels
- Build and maintain a strong industry network within the marine/shipping sector
- Understand and manage marine crewing requirements effectively
- Coordinate with ship management, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment processes
Candidate Profile:- Relevant experience in sourcing and recruiting Officer Ranks for vessels
- Experience in marine recruitment / crewing agencies is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination, and networking skills
- Detail-oriented with a clear understanding of the marine industry
