🚀 We’re Hiring | Business Development & Sales (EXIM / Freight Forwarding)
At Chetak Group, we’re expanding our International Freight Forwarding division, and we’re looking for professionals who understand the ground reality of EXIM and can drive business growth.
This role is not for back-office profiles.
It’s for people who can build client relationships, close deals, and grow accounts.
🎯 Role: Sr. Executive – Business Development & Sales
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Field + Office)
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Hands-on experience in freight forwarding / customs / shipping / 3PL sales
✔ Strong understanding of EXIM fundamentals (INCOTERMS, BL, customs processes)
✔ Ability to generate leads, negotiate rates, and convert clients
✔ Comfortable with field sales, client visits, and cold outreach
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Drive new client acquisition across North India
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to conversion
• Build and maintain strong shipper relationships
• Generate consistent pipeline and revenue
• Stay close to market trends, pricing, and competition
