Role Description
The Functional Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer, responsible for working closely with clients to understand, map, and optimize their business processes using Frappe and ERPNext. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring ERP modules, preparing functional documentation, and supporting the implementation lifecycle from discovery to go-live. The role involves conducting workshops, user training, and demos, as well as coordinating with technical teams to translate business needs into system configurations and customizations. The Functional Consultant will also assist in testing, troubleshooting functional issues, and providing post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret business needs, assess process gaps, and propose effective ERP solutions.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with stakeholders, conduct workshops, and deliver clear documentation and training.
- Solid understanding of Business Process concepts, including process mapping, optimization, and change management.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to advise clients on best practices, solution design, and ERPNext implementation strategies.
- Knowledge of Finance processes and basic accounting principles to support configuration of financial and related ERP modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience with ERPNext or similar ERP platforms is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple client engagements.
