Job Responsibilities :
- Provide workshop services to plant electrical maintenance as per approved Best Maintenance Practices & Procedures.
- Execute Electrical Maintenance tasks with quality.
- Carry out risk assessment and adhere to all safety norms in routine and shutdown jobs.
- Review maintenance activities and prioritize critical jobs.
- Manage turnaround and shutdown services
- Coordinate with other functions and follow up for external repairs
- Oversee maintenance of electrical equipment at site common areas
- Manage annual budget and provide inputs for optimization of resources and planning.
- Review repair and test records for workshop activities at site.
- Review test procedures & formats.
- Responsible for issue and spares inventory management. Ensure availability of critical & insurance spares. Facilitate for standardisation of spares.
- Ensure inspection of material received at stores.
- HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)
- Ensure compliance of Electrical Safety Management
- Responsible for Statutory Compliance related to workshop facilities at site.
- Review regular MIS and reporting documents. Maintain history/ records.
- Review and maintain IMS documentation.
- Support for failure Root cause analysis.
- Responsible for training and skill development of subordinates.
- Support workshop manager and conduct periodic system audit
Education Requirement :
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 to 10 years experience
Experience Requirement :
- Relevant industrial / electrical workshop maintenance experience

- Transformer, HT/ LT Motor overhauling and testing.
- Air conditioning, HVAC maintenance practices
