Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Engineer - Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. The role involves managing sales activities, providing technical support to clients, facilitating communication with stakeholders, building customer relationships, and developing new business opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for driving sales strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Engineering, and Business Development
- Strong Technical Support skills and ability to address client-specific needs
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interactions with customers and internal teams
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and building strong client relationships
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure segments is a strong advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
