Role & Responsibilities
- Design and modify jigs & fixtures for process improvement
- Perform machine troubleshooting and modifications
- Reduce process downtime and improve productivity
- Execute preventive & shutdown maintenance plans
- Conduct process validation and line trials
- Support in-house manufacturing (tool room activities)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Reduction in process downtime
- Successful fixture development & trials
- Timely closure of ITO/TTO/HVPT observations
- 100% execution of preventive maintenance plans
- Improvement in machine performance (Ra / quality)
Skills Required
- Jig & fixture design knowledge
- Machine troubleshooting & maintenance
- Understanding of manufacturing processes
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of quality & validation
