Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Senior Engineer with experience
in B2B marketing and sales of instrumentation products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation/instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote instrumentation products and
solutions.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and trend evaluation to
identify new opportunities.
Actively generate new business leads through offer follow-ups, client visits, and
presentations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and industry
stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product demonstrations tailored to
customer requirements.
Work collaboratively with the internal technical and service teams to ensure successful
project execution.
Track, report, and analyze sales performance against targets and prepare periodic
forecasts.
Ensure regular engagement with existing clients and develop strategies to increase wallet
share.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and technical sales in the
instrumentation industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales reporting systems.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
