Job Description
- The role is responsible for managing customer queries and operations. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions to resolve system/application issues.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.

Overview
L2 Engineer – CSRC Privileged Access Management
Primary Skills: Privileged Access Management & Privileged Identity Management
The leading security organization, Tata Communications Limited, has an immediate job opportunity for CSRC Privileged Access Managed Security Engineer and the position is required for one of its important customers. The role defines the ability to handle L2 Level tickets of ARCON Privileged Access Management and this includes troubleshooting of security incidents to controls the impact also new service request from the customer.
The roles need ability to work independently while handling multiple client incidents, projects, Service Improvement Plans, Hygiene projects.
Major Responsibilities
- End to End ARCON PAM Solution Management which includes the below areas.
- Implement project/change and troubleshoot incidents for the ARCON PAM Solution
- Good knowledge on PAM & IDAM components and Adherence to ITIL service management framework
- User, Service & Group Management (Creation, Modification & Deletion), Service/User Mapping & Assignment
- Periodic Health Checking Process including Reconciliation & Service Health, Periodic Service Password Age & Password Rotation Verification & Troubleshooting Incidents.
- Performing periodic DR Drill for PAM Components for Customer& Infra Platforms. Performing periodic Version Upgrades in-house. Enable appropriate configuration like SMTP & Dormancy etc.
- Co-ordinating with the OEM for the bug fixes & new enhancements as per customer requirement and deploying the changes in APP & DB
- Prepare SOPs for basic tasks as per customer environments
- Prepare Monthly/Weekly reports & updates for Monthly/Weekly calls hence to be proficient on excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Deploying and Testing new Patches on the UAT environment for new version & bug fixes, hence knowledge of Windows, Linux & SQL Platforms are an added advantage.
- Validate various baseline & Hygiene initiatives so that the PAM environment is at a high standard and free from incidents
- Assists with the development and documentation of an overall IT Security architecture to assure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company IT assets.
- Performs or assists with IT security assessments or audits of internal and external networks and systems under the direction of the IT Security management. Document findings in written reports with recommendations for remediation.
- Knowledge on Cyber security incidents and reacting to it in a most optimal and secured way of driving the Mitigation.
- Identifying and mitigating the risks in the IT environment we manage.
- Providing inputs to the continual service improvements and driving the Service improvement plans and the Hygiene Projects.
- Actively giving inputs to Automating various tasks and driving the required projects.
- Provide on-call support as per rotation for emergency situations.
Experience/Skill/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related IT field
- Should have 1.5 years’ experience on ARCON PAM solution and 3+ Years Overall experience with IT & IT Security Domain.
- Expert or Professional certification in IT security systems administration is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate with technical staff/management.
- Able to work on flexible 24/7 shifts.
- Ability to adapt and follow the processes and guidelines
- Possess an impeccable work ethic and a high degree of integrity
- Strong problem solving and situation handling skills.
