Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sr. Highway Engineer for an on-site role located in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing construction and design plans for highways and roadways. Day-to-day tasks include road design, preparation of construction drawings, project management, risk analysis, and managing the construction process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in highway and roadway construction and design
- Possesses a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
- Expertise in road design, construction, materials, and specifications
- Experience with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Experience working with government agencies on transportation projects is preferred
