Position: Sr. Engineer – Sales & Marketing
Locations: Panchkula | Ludhiana | Jammu
Experience: 3–8 Years
CTC : 4-8LPA
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships
✅ Promote and sell Siemens Automation products and solutions
✅ Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
✅ Follow up on enquiries and drive order closures
✅ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
✅ Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution development
✅ Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and site visits
Required Skills
✔ Experience in Industrial Automation Sales & Business Development
✔ Knowledge Of Siemens Automation Products
PLC
HMI
SCADA
VFD
Servo Systems
Industrial Networking
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Experience in techno-commercial discussions and proposal preparation
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
