We are looking for a highly driven Senior Education Counselor who understands student psychology, aggressive follow ups, and high conversion sales.
This is not a passive counseling role. We need someone who can take ownership of leads, push applications fast, and convert students into deposits and visas.
What You’ll Do:
* Call fresh leads immediately and handle counseling professionally
* Guide students for Ireland and UK admissions
* Push students toward applications, IELTS, deposits, and visa processing
* Handle objections confidently and follow up aggressively
* Maintain proper CRM updates and lead stages
* Work closely with founders to improve conversion systems
* Achieve weekly and monthly targets consistently.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in study abroad counseling or high ticket sales
* Strong English and Hindi communication
* Confident personality with closing ability
* Target driven and pressure handling mindset
* Fast learner with ownership mentality
