Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director - Sales, located in Gurugram. The Senior Director - Sales will lead strategic sales initiatives, oversee sales operations, and contribute significantly to business development. The role involves managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, directing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The candidate will also work closely with leadership to align sales strategies with overall organizational goals and actively contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue.
- Strong understanding of Sales Operations and the ability to streamline processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exceptional leadership and Team Management skills to guide, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service to foster long-term client relationships and satisfaction.
- Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytical software to generate insights and optimize sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the experiential marketing and brand communication industry is a strong advantage.
