We are a YC backed voice-AI start building the future of talent acquisition and talent management. Founded by IIT Delhi and NIT alums, we server 500+ customers with two products: Nova (world’s most human-like AI interviewer) and talent management platform.
We're scaling fast and hiring the leadership team that will take us there. We don't need someone to "run marketing." We need someone to build and lead the entire GTM engine — from strategy to pipeline to revenue. You'll inherit a team of high-agency, first-principles thinkers who are capable but need a leader who can channel their energy into a coordinated growth machine.
This is the hire that changes the trajectory of the company.
The Real Job
Here's what you're actually signing up for:
- Build the GTM strategy from first principles. We have two products (Nova, AI Interview, Talent Management platform), two primary markets (US and Middle East), and multiple channels. Your job is to look at everything, decide what to bet on, what to kill, and build a plan that gets us 10x from here.
- Own pipeline, not just "marketing metrics." We don't measure success by MQLs and impressions. We measure it by meetings held and pipeline generated. Content, outbound, paid, SEO — everything you run should connect back to revenue. If a channel isn't generating pipeline, you're the one who diagnoses why and fixes it.
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 people. You'll manage outbound leads, SDRs, content writers, SEO/ads specialists, and GTM engineers. These are smart, hungry people who need direction, coaching, and a structured operating rhythm — not micromanagement. If you can't give them a reason to stay and grow, they'll leave. That's already happened twice.
- Build the channels. US outbound to franchise operators. MENA outbound to hospitality/retail. SEO recovery from a major Google Core Update. Paid ads across US, India, and Middle East. Partnerships with ATS vendors, franchise consultants, and workforce platforms. Content strategy tied to vertical ICPs. You've either built these before or you know how to figure them out fast.
- Connect strategy to execution every single week. The team has plenty of executors. What's missing is someone who asks: "Are we even working on the right things?" That's you.
Who You Are
- You’ve helped scale a B2B SaaS company’s GTM into a high-growth engine. Not inherited a working machine — actually built it.
- You've managed a team of 5+ people across multiple channels (outbound, content, paid, SEO, partnerships).
- You can work backwards from a revenue target to meetings needed, conversion rates, and CAC by channel — and spot where the funnel is leaking.
- You've personally built at least 2-3 demand gen channels from scratch (not managed an agency that did it).
- AI-native — you use Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier as daily tools, not novelties.
- You've worked at a company where GTM was the competitive advantage, not just a support function.
