Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: ₹12–16 LPA
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Drive patient acquisition, lead generation, and appointment bookings through performance marketing
- Manage marketing budgets and improve efficiency by reducing CAC and increasing ROAS
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like GA4, GTM, and CRM systems
- Build and refine attribution models across channels
- Optimize landing pages, funnels, and website journeys to improve conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives
- Execute retention campaigns via email, WhatsApp, SMS, and remarketing
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (medical, operations, product) to align marketing strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital/performance marketing
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or health-tech (preferred)
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools)
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates)
- Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
- Ability to manage large budgets and scale campaigns effectively
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
