The ideal candidate will own and accelerate the growth of qualified leads across all digital and inbound channels for Omnex's consulting, training, and software businesses. The role demands a hands-on growth leader who can architect a measurable demand-generation engine, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with subject matter experts and global office heads to position Omnex as the category leader in quality and management systems.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and a comprehensive understanding of quality and business management processes & standards.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Demand Generation
- Develop and Execute comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with Leadership, Sales, Product Management and regional teams.
- Lead Generation Ownership: Drive and be accountable for the volume and quality of leads from all digital channels such as organic search, paid media, content, email, social, partnerships, and ABM.
- Channel Strategy: Define and continuously optimize the channel mix to maximize ROI across SEO/AEO, PPC, LinkedIn, programmatic, webinars, and content syndication.
- Funnel Performance: Own end-to-end funnel metrics — MQL, SQL, pipeline contribution and report performance to leadership on a defined cadence.
- International Markets: Build and execute region-specific demand programs for North America, Europe, and APAC in coordination with respective group office heads. Experience in North America, Europe and India will be advantageous.
Team Leadership
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team of content writers, media/creative producers, campaign managers, and web developers.
- Capability Building: Identify skill gaps, hire strategically, and establish performance frameworks, OKRs, and review cadences.
- Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors to extend internal capacity.
Brand, Content & Web
- Brand Positioning: Strengthen Omnex's voice across consulting, training, and software product lines through consistent messaging and thought leadership.
- Content Operations: Direct the editorial calendar across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video, webinars, and podcasts in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Web Strategy: Govern Omnex's digital properties (omnex.com, omnexsystems.com and all other group websites and microsites) including UX, conversion optimization, technical SEO, and AEO readiness.
- CRM Ownership: Architect and govern marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot or equivalent), including lead scoring, nurture, attribution, and sales handoff.
- AI-Driven Marketing: Embed AI across content production, personalization, predictive scoring, conversational marketing, and analytics.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and attribution models that connect marketing spend to revenue.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 12+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 8 years leading a marketing function or significant team.
- Ideal candidates should have experience in consulting, training, or software companies.
- Proven track record of growth-oriented marketing, demonstrable lead, pipeline, and revenue growth from prior roles.
- International marketing exposure ; experience running campaigns for North American, European, or APAC audiences.
- Hands-on experience leading multi-disciplinary teams: content, creative/media, campaigns, and web development.
- Deep working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot also relevant).
- Strong command of SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO, paid media, ABM, content marketing, and email/lifecycle marketing.
- MBA or specialized digital/marketing credentials preferred.
