Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Lead owns and drives Workly's full digital marketing function, overseeing a cross-functional team of specialists to deliver growth across both the customer and service provider sides of the marketplace. This role is equal parts strategist and executor — setting direction, owning the performance dashboard, and ensuring every channel works cohesively toward Workly's acquisition and retention goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Define and own the digital marketing roadmap across paid, organic, content, CRM, and creative channels.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the WorklyDM team including Paid Ads, SEO, Content, Design, Video, CRM, and Analytics specialists.
- Growth Ownership: Set and track KPIs for customer acquisition (CAC), retention (LTV), provider onboarding, and brand awareness.
- Budget Stewardship: Manage the digital marketing budget across all channels and optimize allocation based on ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with business milestones and feature launches.
- Campaign Oversight: Review and approve all major campaigns, creatives, and messaging before launch.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports to leadership and make data-backed recommendations.
- Brand Voice: Ensure all digital touchpoints maintain a consistent, trustworthy, and professional Workly identity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
- Proven track record growing a marketplace, SaaS, or on-demand services brand.
- Hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, email/CRM, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing dashboards.
- Experience managing marketing budgets of $50K+ per month.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in home services, gig economy, or two-sided marketplace is a strong plus.
