Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure) to join our Pune office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Azure infrastructure, DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- lmplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or ARM templates.
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable and resilient Azure infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Azure services including VNET, Storage Accounts, Compute, Backup, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Key Vault, Service Principals, Azure Stack, and AVS.
- lmplement Azure security best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance controls.
- Set up and manage Azure monitoring and logging solutions; troubleshoot performance issues and optimize infrastructure for cost and efficiency.
- Promote DevOps practices and collaborate with development, operations, and security teams.
- Stay current with Azure services and recommend improvements to cloud infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 6+ years of DevOps experience, including 3+ years managing Azure infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, DevOps, and Terraform.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Azure security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Azure monitoring and logging tools.
- Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
