Hiring: Senior DevOps Engineer (5–8 Years)

🔍 About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security of our applications and services.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and microservices
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
- Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency
- Work with Docker & Kubernetes (experience with ECS/EKS is a plus)
- Apply security best practices (IAM roles, KMS, etc.)
- Build and manage cloud-native and distributed systems
- Work across environments (Dev, QA/Test, Production) for deployments
- Monitor system performance using tools like Prometheus, ELK, Datadog
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with development teams to improve automation and deployment processes
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineering
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud ecosystem
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (container orchestration)
- Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, etc.)
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Linux/Unix administration background
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
⭐ Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda, SAM)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems
