Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and enterprise-grade cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure while implementing automation and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure.

Deploy and manage Azure resources including VMs, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, Networking, and Security components.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Ensure security best practices including RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities, and policy governance.

Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of cloud environments.

Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release cycles.

Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues in lower and production environments.

Lead DevOps transformation initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Azure cloud architecture.

Strong hands-on experience with Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity, Security).

Expertise in CI/CD pipeline creation and management.

Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub.

Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep).

Strong understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes (AKS).

Experience with Git version control systems.

Understanding of security and compliance in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400).

Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP is a plus).

Experience in implementing DevSecOps practices.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.
