Power Platform Developer (Mid-Level)
Experience: 5–8 Years (Relevant Power Platform Experience: 4–6 Years)

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be client-ready, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about leveraging low-code technologies to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build scalable workflows and process automation using Power Automate.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly Canvas Apps for enterprise business needs.
- Work with at least one of the following:
- Copilot Studio
- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Pages
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Create technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
- Work directly with customers, conduct solution demonstrations, and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience with 4–6 years of relevant Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (Mandatory).
- Strong hands-on experience in developing Canvas Apps (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- Copilot Studio (Mandatory)
- Model-Driven Apps
- Power Pages
- Practical experience working with SharePoint as a backend data source and for integrations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Platform best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact directly with clients.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI Builder.
- Understanding of Dataverse architecture and capabilities.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs and Microsoft services.
- Exposure to AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Client-facing experience with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning emerging Microsoft and AI technologies.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
