Senior UI/UX & Creative Designer

We’re looking for a highly driven Senior UI/UX & Creative Designer who wants more than just another design role. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founders, shape products from the ground up, and create experiences that users genuinely love.

What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for modern SaaS and web applications
- Create intuitive, clean, and conversion-focused user experiences
- Design high-quality visual creatives for marketing, branding, campaigns, social media, and product launches
- Build scalable design systems and maintain UI consistency across products
- Translate product ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, engineering, and growth teams
- Use AI-powered design workflows and tools to accelerate creativity and execution
- Operate comfortably in ambiguity and help shape products from 0 → 1
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and creative design
- Strong experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, and modern web products
- Exceptional command over:
- Figma
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- AI-powered design tools/workflows
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling
- Ability to think both strategically and creatively
- Strong portfolio showcasing product UI/UX + creative/branding work
- Comfortable working in high-speed startup environments with rapid iterations
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked in early-stage startups
- Understand product thinking and user psychology deeply
- Have motion design or basic front-end understanding
- Are obsessed with clean, modern, world-class product experiences
- Can balance aesthetics with usability and business goals
