About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Lifesight. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that support our clients' strategic objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into understandable reports. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, develop dashboards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data processes. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a data-driven organization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.

Responsibilities
