Job Title: Sr. Data Engineer
Experience: 6+ years
Job Description:
● 6+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade production systems
● Expert-level Python (5+ years), strong SQL, and experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, PySpark) and performance optimization for large-scale datasets
● Working knowledge of Node.js for backend services and Lambda development, or strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn it quickly
● Frontend experience with Vue.js, Next.js, or similar modern JavaScript frameworks (React acceptable with willingness to work in Vue/Next)
● AWS expertise (4+ years) including Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, Athena, DynamoDB, ECS-Fargate, and experience designing data lake and serverless architectures for enterprise applications
● Working knowledge of ML/MLOps systems (SageMaker, model serving, model lifecycle management) in production environments
● Backend/API development experience (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures)
● Comfort working across the stack — willingness to contribute to frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure as the work demands
● Multi-tenant system experience with proven ability to build scalable systems that handle multiple enterprise clients securely and efficiently
● Large-scale data processing experience with GB+ files, incremental processing strategies, and production debugging skills for distributed systems
● Strong testing and CI/CD discipline including validation frameworks, monitoring, automated testing, and deployment strategies
● Security & governance: secure-by-default systems with least-privilege access, encryption, private network access, and auditable activity
