About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst II (Data Operations Analyst) to join our dynamic team remotely from India. This role is pivotal in managing and maintaining the integrity of data across Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Partner Center platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data transfer, validation, and reconciliation, supporting our sales and partner operations. Working primarily during the US East Coast night shift (IST), this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical data processes that drive business insights and strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record working with Salesforce CRM and/or Microsoft Partner Center. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in data validation, reconciliation, and pipeline management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with data security protocols and best practices in data governance is also highly desirable. Excellent communication skills are necessary to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the manual transfer of leads and opportunities between Microsoft Partner Center and Salesforce CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across multiple platforms through regular audits and validation procedures.
- Perform detailed data reconciliation, validation, and cleanup activities to ensure high-quality data for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, as well as external stakeholders such as Microsoft and Salesforce support teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of reliable pipeline data to facilitate accurate business reporting and forecasting.
- Assist in creating and updating reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data management and analysis.
