Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sr. D&T Analyst – Trade (International) with strong expertise in
Trade Promotion Management (TPM) to drive
business value, adoption, and delivery excellence across international markets.
This role goes beyond support—focusing on
market partnership, product ownership inputs, vendor management, and value realization. You will work closely with global stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to shape solutions, drive adoption, and ensure impactful outcomes from TPM platforms such as Xtel integrated with SAP and GCP.
Key Responsibilities
TPM Solution Leadership
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TPM modules: Funds, Targets, CBP, Event Planning, Accruals, Claims, Settlements, and Reporting
- Lead functional design, requirements gathering, and implementation of enhancements
- Support and optimize TPM tools (e.g., Xtel) and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems
Market Partnership & Value Realization
- Partner with international stakeholders to define business outcomes and success metrics
- Translate business needs into product backlog inputs (epics/features)
- Drive adoption through structured planning (training, communication, readiness)
Vendor & Delivery Management
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and quality
- Drive requirement clarity, estimation alignment, and delivery trade-offs
- Ensure governance across risks, dependencies, and execution milestones
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Align business, technology, and support teams for seamless execution
- Define ways of working, decision frameworks, and handoffs
- Ensure UAT strategy is robust and feedback is incorporated effectively
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor operational health (incidents, defects, enhancements) and drive systemic fixes
- Identify trends and lead root-cause resolution initiatives
- Contribute to Agile delivery (user stories, backlog refinement, prioritization)
Required Qualifications
- Full-time graduate from an accredited university (mandatory)
- Strong experience in TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar)
- Proven experience in implementation and/or advanced application support (L2/L3)
- Deep understanding of trade processes: CBP, Funds, Pricing, Claims & Settlements
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, MoveIt)
- Strong stakeholder management across global and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with business outcome focus
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international or multi-market TPM implementations/support
- Knowledge of Revenue Growth Management / Trade Optimization
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Basic understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
