To implement the organization s health & safety management system. a. Implementation and monitoring the Occupational Health & Safety Policy, H&S Management System implementation, Standards Programs and Procedures. Support the business to implement the same. b. Conducting internal trainings. Lead in-house training programs with managers and employees on health and safety issues and associated risks. c. Investigating and reporting any health & safety incident. Conducting Root Cause Analysis and recommending appropriate Corrective & Preventive Action/s. d. Conducting safety Audits and analysis of reports. e. Analysis of safety automation reports f. Coordinating and overseeing any health and safety audit of the workplace by any external agency/consultant. g. Develop Health and Safety awareness and driving collaborative efforts on safety implementation. h. Collating H&S related MIS and communication with key stake holders. i. Coordination with customer , Handle customer reviews and escalations. 5/6 years plus experience - at least 3 to 4 years as a lead safety in a large/multi locational organization. Candidates with Telecom industry experience will have preference. Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills. Investigative, Analytical and problem solving skills. Good team player and ability to drive projects with cross functional teams. Ability to build strong working relationships - across organization levels. Requires communication with local population (contract workers) in regional language. Customer interaction skills.
