About This Role
We are seeking a
highly motivated, proactive, and organized Customer Care Executive with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, providing real-time transaction support, and ensuring timely resolution of customer and partner inquiries. Handle inbound calls from the Customer Service Hub across all regions. Respond to queries from agents, remitters, beneficiaries, and India payout agents. Provide accurate, real-time updates on transaction status and resolutions. Make outbound calls to beneficiaries and correspondents to ensure timely completion of payouts. Follow up on pending transactions to ensure immediate resolution. Provide support to Ria India locations and the principal agent head office. Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend incoming call from CS Hub of all regions, Sending agents and remitters, Beneficiary.
- Make out going call to the beneficiary & Correspondent to ensure payout are done on time.
- Provide support to Ria India locations and our principal agent head offices on managing their credential (Unlock user & Password reset.
- Work on unpaid transitions to get it paid.
- Monitoring bank deposit transactions to ensure they are processed timely.
- Managing IMPS and NEFT Report received by correspondent.
- Rejected & Returned transactions to be updated, especially India IMPS & NEFT. Notify concerned to resend transactions.
- Follow up with correspondent for any unpaid transaction (Bank Deposit)
- Email to be responded to at the earliest and ensure that no emails are unanswered.
- Ensuring customer inquiries and issues are addressed timely and accurately. Also, to check if the entire process is updated into Fx Online accurately.
- Investigating and solving customer’s problems, which may be complex or long-standing that have been passed on or escalated.
Position Requirements
- Clear verbal and written communication Tamil and English as well as any other language will be highly valued
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, systems)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
