Job Overview
The CRM Manager is responsible for managing the
complete post-booking customer lifecycle in real estate, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and delivering high customer satisfaction from booking to possession.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Customer Relationship Management
- Act as a single point of contact for customers after booking
- Maintain strong relationships to ensure trust and long-term satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations efficiently
🔹 Post-Sales Possession Management
- Manage complete post-booking lifecycle till possession
- Ensure timely execution of Agreement to Sale and registration
- Coordinate with site and construction teams for possession timelines
- Ensure readiness of units before handover
- Manage possession documentation and customer communication
🔹 Legal Compliance
- Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintain records as per MahaRERA guidelines
- Coordinate with legal and sales teams for agreement execution
🔹 Collections Accounts Coordination
- Track payment schedules and follow up on dues
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment reconciliation
- Ensure timely issuance of demand letters and receipts
- Assist customers with home loan processing and bank coordination
🔹 Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Project teams
- Ensure smooth internal communication for issue resolution
🔹 Reporting CRM Management
- Use CRM software effectively for data management
- Track customer status, collections, and possession updates
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports
- Maintain high service standards and implement improvements
🔹 Customer Experience Feedback
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Resolve conflicts and improve service quality based on feedback
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of real estate post-sales processes
- Understanding of legal documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BMS, or equivalent preferred)
- MBA (Marketing / Sales / CRM) – preferred but not mandatory
