This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic financial planning within a fast-evolving credit environment. As a key contributor to credit performance and forecasting, you will bridge finance, accounting, and product teams to deliver meaningful insights that influence business decisions. Working in a highly data-driven setting, you will analyze credit portfolios, monitor risk indicators, and support the design of sustainable growth strategies. Accountabilities
Analyze and interpret credit performance metrics, including portfolio trends and origination data, to provide actionable business insights
Act as the primary liaison between finance, accounting, and credit teams to reconcile financial and management reporting
Monitor and explain movements in credit provisions, including allowance for doubtful accounts, from both financial and operational perspectives
Conduct scenario analysis and simulations to assess the impact of new products, credit policies, and strategic initiatives
Lead forecasting processes for credit performance, supporting budgeting cycles and financial planning activities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align credit strategies with broader business objectives
Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and models to enhance decision-making and visibility
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis with a strong focus on credit operations
Solid understanding of credit metrics such as delinquency rates, roll rates, write-offs, ROI, and provisioning
Hands-on experience with credit products, including personal loans, consumer credit, or credit cards
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights
Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools, with experience working with large datasets
Knowledge of financial systems, reporting frameworks, and reconciliation processes
Familiarity with financial services domains such as lending, payments, or risk management is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment
