Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Counselor based in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Counselor will be responsible for guiding students with their applications to Australian academic institutions, understanding their career aspirations, and assisting them in selecting suitable programs. Responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, staying updated on study options in Australia, maintaining relationships with students and educational institutions, and addressing queries to ensure a seamless application process.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of Australian educational institutions, programs, and admission processes
- Ability to manage multiple applications and coordinate with students and institutions effectively
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
- Previous experience in education consulting or student counseling
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in education or international studies is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment and foster positive client relationships
