Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Counselor based in Noida. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable services offered by SST. Daily tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, providing information and guidance related to programs, achieving sales targets, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining records and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations.

- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a track record of delivering a positive client experience.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills essential for engaging with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies to achieve and exceed target goals.
- Demonstrated Organization Skills for managing client information and multi-tasking efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to meet shared objectives.
- Previous experience in sales or education consultancy is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and software is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
