Responsibilities of the role include :

• Ideate, write and proofread all in-app product copy as part of the product

sprints

• Collaborate and exchange feedback with product leads, designers,

researchers and developers

• Write swiftly and iteratively, ensuring content consistency both at a high

level (product strategy) as well as at a micro level (button copy)

• Leverage research and insights to improve and enhance the user

experience through UX writing

• Strategically repackage and redeploy content in multiple formats and

channels

• Think strategically about copy/content and demonstrate how these

elements are essential to an appealing and desirable user experience

• Stay current on the competitive set and best practices to ensure that all

copy/content will: differentiate the product; drive decision-makers to

purchase; and engage users and lead them to success.

• Strategize and ideate content for different stages of the buyer journey and

have them executed from in-house members or freelancers as per our

brand guidelines.

• Ensure the content for company blogs, eBooks, case studies, emails, and

social media posts are top notch and adds tremendous value to the target

audience.

• Perform keyword research to identify new content topics.

• Distribute content on various social media platforms and track

engagement.

• Setup thoughtful email campaigns to nurture leads.

• Perform influencer outreach for marketing collaborations.

• Track monthly data from google analytics and make plans to improve.

• Setup processes for the team and ensure it is followed.

Applicants are expected to -

• Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Possess strong understanding of branding, positioning, segmentation and

targeting.

• Understand the marketing funnel and should have min 2 years of experience

in strategizing content for different stages of the marketing funnel.

• Be creative, confident, resourceful and curious.
• Have previous experience in the IT software services industry.
• Be organized, calm and have the ability to lead a young team.
