Role Description
Looking for a dynamic, passionate individual to join the User Experience Design team to write a variety of content, including UI labels and text, error messages, in-product user assistance, videos, and online Help
You'll write about new features as well as maintaining existing content, The ideal candidate has a passion for user-centric design, can write from scratch, maintain existing content, and think out of the box. These roles focus on simplifying complex risk and compliance, security, and ESG data for diverse users, requiring skills in API documentation, structured authoring, and collaboration within Agile teams.
• Documentation Scope: Creating and maintaining online help, UI labels, release notes, user guides, and API documentation for IRM products.
• Technical Skill Set: Proficiency in structured authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare) and experience with API documentation is frequently required.
• Role Type: Often includes opportunities for specialized UX writing, focusing on in-product assistance, error messaging, and workflow documentation.
• You will collaborate with other UX writers, UX designers, and product managers to improve the user experience

Qualification:
• Experience as a UX writer
• Create high-quality technical documentation using DITA, Confluence HTML, XML, MSTP, CSS, Git, API Documentation, Software Documentation, Technical Writing, and Technical Documentation skills.
• Proficiency in structured authoring tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Markdown) and experience with API documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop user manuals for software applications.
• Develop detailed documentation of system architecture, configuration options, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and other relevant materials.
