Role Overview
Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across multiple ISO standards and have a proven track record of streamlining organizational processes into a single, cohesive framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Framework Design & Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Integrated Management Systems combining ISO 27001 (Information Security) , ISO 9001 (Quality) , ISO 14001 (Environment) , ISO 45001 (OH&S) , and other ISO Standards .
- Gap Analysis: Conduct comprehensive readiness assessments to identify deviations from standard requirements and provide actionable remediation roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Develop and manage integrated risk registers, ensuring that operational, environmental, and security risks are addressed through a unified methodology.
- Audit Management: Plan and execute internal audits across all integrated standards. Act as the primary liaison during external certification audits to ensure successful accreditation.
- Process Optimization: Standardize documentation (manuals, SOPs, and policies) to eliminate redundancy across different ISO silos.
- Tool Integration: Leverage IMS/GRC software tools to automate workflows, track non-conformities (NCs), and manage document control.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct awareness sessions for client stakeholders and mentor junior consultants on IMS best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience
- Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years in ISO consulting or corporate compliance roles.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 27001 and one of the following: ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001.
