Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 (CE/CRM or F&O), Power Platform, and integration technologies, with the ability to deliver scalable and high-quality business solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE or F&O)
- Strong experience with:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript
- Plugins, workflows, custom APIs
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with:
- Web API / REST / OData
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- SQL Server and data modeling
- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and security model
- Experience in solution deployment and release management
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Experience with DevOps (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to integration tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS
- Experience with Power BI reporting
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Knowledge of Dataverse and Common Data Service
