Role Description
This is a full-time Sr Consultant position based in Ahmedabad, with a hybrid working model allowing some remote work flexibility. The Sr Consultant will manage consulting projects to deliver strategic insights, process improvements, and innovative business solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing client challenges, formulating actionable recommendations, implementing business transformations, and fostering long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Expertise in strategy development, business transformation, and innovation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in project management and ability to oversee multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with business methodologies, consulting processes, and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as data analysis or business intelligence software
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a consulting role or similar is strongly beneficial
