We’re looking for a
Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (8+ years) who thrives in high-ownership environments and can
design, build, and run cloud platforms at scale.
This is not a ticket-taking role. You will
own critical parts of the platform, make
architectural decisions, and drive
end-to-end execution—from Terraform module design to production operations.
You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity,
raising the bar on engineering standards, and building systems that other engineers depend on every day.
What You’ll Do
Build the Foundation
Design and implement
AWS/Azure landing zones that scale across teams and environments.
Define patterns for multi-account / multi-subscription architectures with strong isolation and governance.
Write Production-Grade Terraform
Build
clean, reusable, versioned Terraform modules used across the organization.
Own IaC pipelines (plan/apply, drift detection, validation).
Continuously improve code quality, testability, and reusability.
Own the Platform
Take full ownership of platform components—from design to production reliability.
Drive technical decisions and influence platform direction.
Identify gaps and proactively build solutions.
Raise the Bar on Security & Governance
Implement
default-secure architectures (IAM/RBAC, network segmentation, encryption).
Build guardrails using Azure Policy / AWS SCPs.
Ensure auditability without slowing developers down.
Operate What You Build
Design for reliability, then
run it in production.
Build observability (metrics, logs, alerts) and respond to incidents.
Continuously improve resilience and reduce operational toil.
Support Ops for platform onboarding and issue resolution.
Enable Developers
Create
self-service infrastructure and “golden paths.”
Reduce cognitive load for application teams through strong abstractions.
Partner with engineers to improve velocity and experience.
What You Bring
8+ years of experience in cloud, platform engineering, or DevOps
Deep, hands-on expertise in
Terraform (non-negotiable)
Strong experience with
AWS or Azure (both is a plus)
Proven experience building
cloud landing zones at scale
Strong Fundamentals In
Cloud networking (VPC/VNet, routing, DNS)
Identity systems (IAM / Azure AD)
Security and distributed systems design
Experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
Bonus Points
Experience with
multi-cloud platforms
Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and container ecosystems
Policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel)
FinOps / cost optimization at scale
Contributions to internal platforms or developer tooling
