Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Client Servicing Executive / Manager, based in Kalyan. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, everyday coordination with client's branding teams, briefing internal creative teams, managing timelines, understanding and keeping track of competing brand/s activites. Key responsibilities also include developing presentations, addressing client needs effectively, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects while achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to build and maintain long-lasting, trusting partnerships with clients.
- Proficiency in crafting and delivering impactful Presentations tailored to meet client expectations and project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders seamlessly.
- Ability to work on-site with flexibility and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
