Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Servicing Executive based in Kalyan . The role involves managing client relationships, writing creative briefs, coordinating with internal creative teams, and delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. The executive will be responsible for preparing presentations, collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for growth and fostering long-term relationships will be key priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to build and maintain effective client partnerships.
- Expertise in creating compelling Presentations to convey ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time management skills to handle client requirements effectively.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus.
