Job Overview
The ideal candidate has a strong passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail. You will assist the Central Kitchen Manager in fulfilling production of proprietary products and upkeep of the central kitchen facility
Responsibilities
• Oversee and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production
• Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
• Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
• Execute production plans and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Track and maintain yield and production fulfilment targets
Qualifications
• 5+ years' of culinary or kitchen experience in centralised kitchen operations or bulk catering kitchen operations
• Has worked in a Process and systems oriented environment before
• Possesses a " let's get it done" mentality
• Solution oriented individual
• People's person with good communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
