📌 Job Responsibilities:
Guide students across 6 career domains: Science, Commerce, Arts, Vocational, Competitive & Neutral
Prepare chatbot career query flow
Develop career-related content and scripts
Conduct in-house & virtual counselling sessions
Maintain counselling records and case documentation
Coordinate with counsellors to develop counselling materials
Monitor virtual & physical counselling sessions
Organize and manage Career Expert Hunt initiatives
Address career queries of students effectively
🛠 Skills Required:
Fluent communication in English, Odia & Hindi
Neutral English communication
Research & content development skills
Strong presentation skills
Experience counselling School Students & Graduates
Proficiency in Google Drive, MS Excel & PowerPoint
Event management skills
Flexible with working hours
Committed and student-focused approach
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Any Post Graduate (Science / Commerce / Arts / MBA / JMC)
Masters in Psychology (Preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Career Counselling
Must own a laptop
Willing to travel when required
