🚀 We’re Hiring: Buying Head (Kidswear)
đź“Ť Location: Bangalore
Salary: upto 60 LPA
We’re looking for a dynamic and visionary Buying Head to lead and scale a fast-growing kidswear business. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who blends creative instinct with strong analytical thinking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
- Drive revenue growth by strengthening assortment and identifying new opportunities
- Own buying strategy, category expansion, and profitability
- Build and curate trend-forward collections aligned with evolving consumer preferences
- Lead and mentor a team of buyers, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize sourcing strategies
👤 What We’re Looking For:
- 14+ years of experience in buying/merchandising, preferably in fashion or kidswear
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management
- Ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative thinking
- Experience in e-commerce/online retail is a plus
