Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Business Operations Manager. The role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, developing and refining operational processes, and leading cross-functional teams to improve efficiency. The individual will be responsible for coordinating program management efforts, analyzing operational performance, and contributing to strategic decision-making to drive business growth. The Sr. Business Operations Manager will also focus on optimizing financial processes and operations.
Qualifications
- Should have 2 years of Experience in Senior operations manager.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to achieve revenue growth.
- Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely renewals and retention.
- Lead and monitor team performance to meet targets.
- Take ownership of sales and servicing within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with RWAs, builders, and facility teams.
- Conduct 5–6 client meetings daily for engagement and business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and track performance reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction, compliance, and zero churn.
