Role Description
The Sr. Business Manager <> Real Estate will oversee business operations and strategic initiatives within the real estate domain. Qualifications
- Strong background in Business Strategy, Financial Planning, and Performance Analysis.
- Experienced in Real Estate Market Analysis, Property Management, and Real Estate Transactions.
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation.
- Solid knowledge of Compliance, Regulations, and Risk Mitigation in real estate operations.
- Exceptional Leadership, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead project execution.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within the real estate or property management sector is preferred.
